Keppan is membership management software for martial arts schools. This help center is for school owners and staff who use it.
What we help with: logging in, setting up your school, members, classes and attendance, payments and memberships, reports, staff access, and anything that isn't working the way it should. Our support team is here to get you unstuck and keep your school running on Keppan.
Where to start: search this help center first. If you don't find what you need, contact us using any option below and we'll pick it up.
If you're a Ground Standard client whose plan includes Keppan, your account is set up for you as part of onboarding, and you can also reach us through your Ground Standard channels.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Messages received outside those hours are picked up the next business day.
