Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Messages outside those hours are picked up the next business day.
What to expect
You'll get a confirmation email when your request is received. Reply to that email to add anything; it keeps the conversation in one thread. When your request is resolved you'll get a note saying so, and you can reply to reopen it if anything isn't right.
